Clueless US Administration is destroying their $15 trillion domestic economy to counter $3 trillion Chinese foreign exchange reserves by devaluing/printing dollars.
On 4th August 1932 Round Table Conference, Prime Minister Ramsay MacDonald gave autonomy/independence to Muslims/Christians/Anglo-Indians/Sikhs/SC/ST communities.
Gandhi foiled it to favor forward caste community in India.

You are speaking nonsense, every Indian is mad after settling in U.S. did THE DALITS ASKED BRAHMANS AND OTHERS to go to U.S. It is the Dalits who are really deprived of opportunities in education, job, entrepreneurial opportunities. You guys will be happy as long as Dalits are silent and subjugate themselves, so that you people can exploit them
1. Children's education (biggest reason) 2. Lost job in recession (economic slowdown) 3. Work visa expired and no GC 4. Other personal compulsions (parents, business etc)
None of the above qualify for a real exodus of people, as the article points out.

They want dual citizenship so that they can toe the tail of a winning ox. It is like cheper, quality medical treatment, India can bring their children better at a cheaper cost. Look at the second generation of migrant indians in US. They are all worthless compared to their parents who grew in India. (Please do not site few examples)

It may sound a bit bitter, but the fact is : opportunists move where money is. These migrating opportunists went to US when India had less opportunities to offer, they are returning because they currently see better opportunities in India than in US. If they see even bigger opportunities in some other county, they will move there.
So, most of these people are neither Indian, nor American. They belong to any country where there is big opportunity at any point of time.
I doubt if 'entrepreneur' would be very correct term to describe these people. 'Opportunists' would be a more accurate term to describe them.
On the other hand think of Tata family. They were in India when India had almost nothing to be proud of. Tata was the only company to create trucks here and those trucks were used to carry goods to build homes, factories. At that time, no foreign automobile companies were interested to come to India. I mentioned about Tata but there were other companies who "created" (rather than "discovered") opportunities in India. So, probably we can call these people like Tata, who built India, as entrepreneurs.
In my opinion Indian govt must provide much more support to entrepreneurs who stay here and build opportunity here rather than those migrating people who change countries for opportunities.

An average person in USA earns 2000US Dollars (133,304.99 INR) a month. an average person in India earns 42,000.00 INR (945 USD)a month. So there is bound to be a difference in prices as well.

the key is in his article - read the very last reason. These people had to return as did not get green cards::
This is because of economic opportunities in countries like India and China; a desire to be closer to family and friends; and a deeply flawed US immigration system.
