why cannot the government make the tax component fixed instead of percentage of the total cost ? the government has terrible accountability, instead we'd like to see the actual price. anyways people through their nose even on health insurance!
Another nail crucifying the AAM AADMI. With this price rise, the inefficient Co.s will profit, where as there will be all round increase in all prices including transportation. This UPA dispensation has proved itself to be unworthy of governing the country in all spheres, and the sooner it is kicked out the better will it be.
We are all well aware that during CWG, the whole nation was put to shiver and shame, not a single word came from these cheats, ie MMS (PM) Sonia (super PM) Amul Baby, Chidabaram, Kapil sibal, Manish tewari,. Digi Singh, Manishankar, all congress general secretaries and many highly qualified IAS officers, Sheilla dixit and Tejender Khanna. They all were busy placing the ill got at proper places. They claim VIP/VVIP/HIGH COMMAND. When, international events are conducted everybody is on the board to see things goes in order and as per standard operating procedures, not how much money put in dark pockets. Then followed by 2G fradulent and other scams. Looking at so in depth criticism by public Govt should have resigned but cheats will never say I at fault. In such a big country every body is made accountable and PM is to be more workable hand than the present who is claiming himself honest but he is the most cheater PM we had. PM remote control so called chairperson sonia should also made accountable because she is the bigger cheater who is directing PM to do cheating. People should ensure that these cheats should be eliminated from Indian politics. This is a matter of existence of poor Indians and Aam Admi.

'Inflation' is not a home-grown flower!! There are far greater global macro factors that influences 'inflation'. We are dependent on crude oil / fuel on other countries, if you did not know that. Also, scams have been happening in this country right from the days when Pramod Mahajan did favours to corporates against 'bribes'. Jai Ho!!
How come these OIL companies are incurring loses on the sale of their products. On the other hand 1.their share prices are ever increasing , 2. Their balance sheet say that they have earned profit in 1000 crores.
How come both the situation run parallely. the ministry has decontroled and given these companies free run. earlier the increase was done as per budget. God know till how long,
these price rises in basic need of comman man has added the component of corruption in their life.
Increase tax on dissel luxury cars. They should not use dissel in subsidised rate. In india, in most of the cities condition of Public transport system is worst. People are dependant on two wheelars. Hence hike in cost of petrol will affect them more.
When all psu own by govt. occur losses, but still they take celebrity like dhoni, sania, abhinav as their brand ambassador for more than 10-20 crores. Is there really a loss of these co. or it is a strategy of govt. to hike the price & get this money back at the time of election?
