I had a very bad experience with HDFC ERGO. My wife had taken a policy for Car in Mar 2010. They cancelled this policy after 6 months on the ground that the cheque got bounced due to technical error. It shows that there is no one to check the cheques for their completeness before presentations.And it took them 6 months to find that the payment against the cheque has not been recieved. Than there is no one in the Management to own up their fault . REGO their partner too is not bothered to set HDFC right.They have made my wife to loose all the no claim bonus earned during the past 4 years ,
