During my lifetime since childhood the most famous Indian advertisements i recollect are the "Murphy Babby Ad", "The liril Girl Ad" ,"The Amul Butter Ad" and "Gabbar Singh Ads". I personally feel, the "ZOOZOO Ads" of Vodaphone will join this illustrious advertisement brands for 'recall value" 50 years from now by other generations.Akin to some classic novels, movies and theatre, certain advertisements have a lasting impression on generations.
But Vodafone is not a good service. Airtel is a copy of Vodafone service. Tata is similar. Reliance is run by Mafias. Call Reliance customer and you will realize that you are talking to a mafia.
Why bother all these private crap companies! I prefer BSNL. No matter how much bribe is paid to BSNL managers by these private companies (to make BSNL service bad), no matter how much anti-BSNL campaigns are made by these private companies, BSNL is still best.

I definitely vouch your views. Yes BSNL is the best in communication service though at times, the net work is bad. All private operators are just looters. There are a lot of hidden costs in all private operators offers, particularly post paid bills. I know a very reputed business house who has changed his mobile operator six times and has returned back to BSNL. None of the customer care services of the private players are customer friendly. Either you are asked to seek another number or you are made to wait hearing patiently their offers before you lodge your complaint.
BSNL is honest, trustworthy, friendly and more so The Best service available now.

Initially I also felt the same.. Thought BSNL would serve better than the others.. But thats not the case.. Am still struggling with the service and the network.. Worst provider I ever had..

If you expect BSNL to be your ideal provider, then you will be disappointed. There is no really good provider available. But compared to all major telecom companies (Airtel, Vodafone, Reliance, Tata Indicom etc), I found BSNL better than other providers. I have direct or indirect experience with all major telecom providers. You will be very lucky if you could ever connect to Vodafone customer care. Even if you could connect, they won't help you and tell you their server down so they can't help. And they will tell same thing everytime you call them. But they will deduct your balance even though they won't help.
Of course experience with BSNL will vary depending on area or city.

Your are absolutely correct.BSNL is the best of the bad lot. I have bitter experiences with vodafone,airtel.Idea is some what better n Indicom also good. But BSNL is the best.The services have improved. Jaagoo grahak jago! The public services always depend on the informative public like us.
