I do not understand how Senior minister, secretaries are encouraging this man. He is making contact for his personal gain. This year he gave all awards to Haryana Govt for all small projects which are no way comparable to high standard eGov projects from south, but these projects are left out and all Projects of Haryana Govt. are given award of Excellence. All the time he was appreciating Haryana CM for no reason. Most of the participants have traveled to Delhi by flight spending lot of money for shabby award function. Govt. should intervene and stop this person from conducting these award functions & action should be initiated against this committee.
