The present Congress govt and its allies can go to any extent to appease minorities. Then there is brigade of caste contractors in India Like Lalu, Mulayam, Paswan, Mayawati, Karunanidhi and Communists. These people have only one quality that is their backward caste. If a man of their caste is uneducated and poor they blame it is due to some upper caste people. uneducated and poor people are there in every religion and caste. Upper caste people never blamed any lower caste person for their misery. Moreover the present Human Resource Minister is a LOTA and sycophant of madam. Under these circumstances there is less chance of autonomy. He may give minority status to IIMs for vote bank politics
No Autonomy should be given .The control should be with government.Look what is happening in private engineering / medicine , we have junks coming out.
