India will become a superpower if English literacy is raised to at least 20%. This is perhaps the easiest way to transform India into a super power.
If I am made dictator of India, I will take all measures to raise the English literacy of Indians to 20%. It does not cost much, but it needs WILL of the politicians.

Its a nice car. My experience is good n am driving for past 5.5 months. few incidents are just blown up.

Nice indeed. But a nice rickshaw! Its just that 56 of them just caught fire right in the middle of the road, 292 of them stopped abruptly on western express highway and refused to move, creating a long traffic jam during monsoons last year, 18 of them skidded away when a speeding truck overtook them, finally you will end up spending more than the cost of the car, for repairs after 2 years, as per usual tata policy.
