Must be some kinda joke. During its first 5-year term, UPA-1 built less than 500 km of new highways. And now under UPA-2 and well into it's second term, their record on that front is not much better. Yet, if they are to be believed, by 2014 - in 3 years, they'll build 37,000 km of new highways??? We know they're past masters at corruption, looting, scamming and pelf(they pretty-much wrote the book on these), but when did UPA become such great magicians? Using the same formula and methods as they did for the CWG?
