KPMG and other big 4 including PWC are the worst employers. They are discriminatory and monopolistic. In India - try and contact PWC or KPMG Infrastructure team - the openly brag about knowing and bribing Government officials for getting contracts. They are like Britishers who make slaves out of employees and bribe the government. SATYAM is good example of their cleaniless. They did not spare to throw out employees during recession. They increased the salaries of few top honchos and slashed the team sizes in order to feed a few pockets. They think they are bigger than Government and Authorities and exploit professional "LABOUR" in lieu of their brand name. What contribution they have made to profession except Cartelisation and Monopolisation. They are fancy names with highly inhuman working conditions. Outsider - from BIG 4 are treated as sons of lower caste inside these BIG 4. But they have money power which they use to scout for talent in LABOUR markets, For advertising which is NOT ALLOWED, for acting as agent of Government officials and do dalali. If you think above is wrong - try calling them up and asking for such services - PWC will be first one to respond and they all will fight for the project to corrupt the system in the name of PROFESSIONALISM. Even Prostitutes are better. Thanks.

Yes , i fully agree with you , any one can not go just by salary but the TATA is the best - it has grate values and respect for employee

Absolutly, TATAs has a legacy of values which they are still carrying.....GOOGLE, PWC, KPMG....etc can never beat a group like TATA....LONG LIVE THE INDIANS AND TATAS...

The culture and the legacy Tata's have, many in the world donot have and its ofcourse very far from the level.
