I am presently staying in Germany, I have seen products from these people go like hot cakes. But then its done through fairtrade and big companies pose a great risk for these guys because they pay only a penny to the producer and then sell at 20 euros. Isnt that boaring....People love indian desigine especialy clothes and dhupatas and leather bags
If this initiative is supported properly, THOUSANDS of households can be made self-sufficient/self-dependent. these artisans should be upskilled...then u will see the POWER of real India.
