You Indians need to understand that since, we control the EVMs, we not only have full right to appoint your rulers, but also have the right to expect that our appointed rulers will work hard to fulfill their annual tax obligations to us.
We must receive at least US $500 billion each year, otherwise the incompetent rulers will be removed by our EVMs and our Media.
The sooner you Indians accept this reality, the better it will be for your health.

everyone will act as if they have never seen this kind of news...after few days people will get new news to chew...that's how it is working till now...
I think for one, money taken out of circulation, helped to control inflation and second, government should create channels for easy repatriation of the money back into India.
Money has much higher potential to grow as an investment in India than anywhere else, so many will be willing to give up some % in tax for the benefit of long term capital gains. 10% growth rate after paying 20% tax is better than 2% interest that these banks give.
if I have a lot of black money and I stash it away - how am I enjoying it ?? whats the use of money if its not put to use ?? All of these ultra rich corrupt politicians such as Sharad Pawar or Karunanidhis or Reddys..what do they do with all the money hidden away ??
India must get all the black money back not because it our money and such a big amount can eradicate poverty in india also because these money lying there is used by terrorist to fund their weapons and plan. Which can get very very dangerous. Who is this bank who stops us by denying information for our own money? Dont they understand a around 1000 million Indian are suffering because of just their stupid laws
They said there are 2 Trillion dollar, if i were a P.M for sake of 1000 million indian, i would have bomb this country to get money and i bet if American would be in our place they would have done it.

Mr Rakesh - its not swiss banks who stop us from getting the money, its mosly our own politicians who are our govt,, who do not want this information.
Recently US congress and Obama passed a bill and they have got full disclosure on deposits from US going to Swiss banks. So US can audit and check money flow to these shady banks.
India on the other hand has agreed to let swiss banks keep the information secret.
The swiss are the real dirty thugs, who use this black money for their own growth, they have no ability to develop by honest means, hence they encourage all these dishonest people around the world. Boycott swiss goods !!

Are you for that matter aware of the fact that India has signed an agreement with Swiss authorities whereby India has agreed to swiss banks not disclosing the money in their banks which are already there but have to only disclose whatever query is made to them in future for deposits made in future that too if they have a proof of tax evasion ...... effectively congress has closed all avenues of getting that money and infact legitimised the money they have swindled from India...... thats congress's governance for you and no media reported this, after all they have a responsibility of defending their masters and "madam"
