Management institutes serve the role of filtering out well rounded people from the millions of graduates that our diploma mills churn out every year. Once these big companies realize all they need to do is find students with the right attitude and aptitude, it can train, educate and hire highly skilled workers themselves at a fraction of the cost of hiring and retaining these hyped IIM characters.
