In all the so called socialist/communist countries, bandh, strikes, demonstrations, are not allowed. Only in psuedo socialist countries and democratic countries it is allowed. Try to remmeber how many young persons died in the carnage at Tianaman Square, in a communist country, called China.
Indian businessmen exploiters wants to make people salves. This is the first response. BPOs are run without labour laws. SEZs are colonies; they are created for neocolonization. Business men do not have to follow laws. The country is becoming recolonized. The country is being sold to the businessmen in the name of development.
We want universal healthcare, social security, strict minimum wage laws. End the contractualization.

Also these workers should be punished with imprisonment for leaving Jobs in a short while leading to losses to the businessmen. They should also be penalised under criminal Laws for misrepresenting Facts about experience and qualification in their Bio Datas.
If Businessmen cannot drop useless workers, so should workers also be made accountable.
If Businessmen run their business even by selling their assets, so should the workers also be made liable to sell their assets for deliberately causing losses to the businesses.

The main issue is of Price rise. You are discussing @ facts, figs, accountabilty, laws etc...unnecessary. India is facing price rise which is affecting most of the public.

BANDH IS NOT THE SOLUTION OF REDUCING PRICE RISE. ONLY INCREASE IN PRODUCTIVITY AND IMPROVEMENT IN DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM AND DEVELOPMENT IN RURAL SECTOR CAN SORT OU THE PROBLEM. IT MAY BE NOTICED THAT BANDH IS OBSERVED IN WEST BENGAL AND KERALA WITH THE HELP OF STATE GOVT. IT CAN BE SAID GOVT SPONSORED BANDH. IN THIS REGARD PRESENT ECONOMIC POSITION AND EMPLOYMENT SCOPE ARE VERY WORST. WE ARE IN THE GRIP OF PANIC IN WEST BENGAL.

Can Price rise issue be solved by productivity and distribution system ???? Bandh is an indication of people's feeling and views.
While the rest of the world enjoyed modest inflation of 2-5% last 2 years, our UPA under so called bookworm economist gave us 16-19% food inflation.
At one end they were procuring foodgrains limiting stocks in open market leading to artificial created shortages....then the food grains was allowed to rot instead of releasing it to control inflation.
Farmers slogged to cultivate and get grains to market , our bum chums MMS and pawar allowded it to rot, instead of releasing it in market to control inflation all the while f00ling ppl about failure of monsoon.
Montek another bum economist , was saying inflation was due to growth of economy...another hogwash....how is that china has higher growth of 9-10% still inflation at 2-4% ?
F00ls who vote for such creeps deserve nothing better.
