Major flaw in their cancellation policy, if anybody want to cancel their ticket on same day or just after booking the tickets they have to do before 12:05 pm even when they would have booked after 12:05pm on that day. I called up the care about this they said its clear you have to cancel before 12:05pm after the booking ticket. Now according to our policy since you missed your slab now you have to pay level 2 transaction charges. Now come on how can I missed slab when my ticket was booked at 12:11pm. According to their slab rule of 12 hrs I should have got 12:05am of next day as my first slab instead of 12:05pm of same day which passed before I booked my ticket. Mr. CEO or whoever is responsible of policies of redbus.in can answer me whose fault is it, your "policy" or my "to book after 12:05pm"
See. Redbus is just a online platform to galley you the buses and book for the same. They are not responsible for your issue. You should have proper study on bus operator, even they are rating the buses. You people should change your baming mindset. As per me, i have overcame all the issues, but definitely i will never raise any issues on redbus. Today made the travelling risk online. Thats great. After redbus, no of Private buses has been increased. They are really fantastic

And what about operator not accepting it as valid ticket. And after repeated request with the operator and redbus representative getting an offer to sit on a conductor seat for a 15hr journey from manali to delhi.
redBus' responsibilities do NOT include: (1) The bus operator's bus not departing / reaching on time (2) The bus operator's employees being rude (3) The bus operator's bus seats etc not being up to the customer's expectation (4) The bus operator canceling the trip due to unavoidable reasons (5) The baggage of the customer getting lost / stolen / damaged (6) The bus operator changing a customer's seat at the last minute to accommodate a lady / child (7) The customer waiting at the wrong boarding point (please call the bus operator to find out the exact boarding point if you are not a regular traveler on that particular bus) (8) The bus operator changing the boarding point and/or using a pick-up vehicle at the boarding point to take customers to the bus departure point
I have faced problems with #2 and #3. And not Returning Ticket to Customer is something new not in your list. What about refund of partial ticket money due to bad bus condition? Is it your responsibility or not?
What are you doing guys ? Are you going to reply ? If yes, when ?

Radi Iyer ganesh is correct they have very poor customer service.When you cancel the ticket they initiate a voucher instead of refund without asking the customer ..and they will ask your bank account details to transfer the money instead of they having full details about the credit card that was used to book the ticket.very frustrating
tried to book a ticket pune -> mumbai for next week . Website wasn't functioning properly on Safari. No error messages returned . Don't have IE (on my Mac) so can't be sure.
