Why SEBI wants to play the role of Labour Commissioner ?

Or that of a union leader ?

or that of Datta Samant ?

Let corporate governance fend for itself.

It knows better than SEBI how to govern.

SEBI interference is uncalled for and unwarranted.

They should not poke their nose into corporate affairs as to who should rule the roost.

The jumping jacks can be hired and fired at will by the masters if their attitude is like daily wage earners masons, plumbers and carpenters.

Most jumping jacks are opportunists with little sense of commitment or loyalty.

Their criteria is the pay packet.

Maalik pade bhaad mein.

When a guy or a doll starts behaving as the supremo with answerability to none, it is time to disengage him/her.

Remember how Carly Fiona lost her job ?

She made the foolishness to outgrow the HP !!!

Even the judicial interference of continuing him as a Director on the board is nothing less than an utter jurisfoolishness.
