Any Centralization is Anti Poor

If poor states have to develop they should be allowed to tax any goods imported even from neighbouring states. That is the only way to raise finances for their development, otherwise rich state get biggest share and poor states are deprived..

In my opinion states like Bihar are being put to disadvantage in current system. These states are loosing funds, talent and opportunities to developed states..
