if you understand the legal perspective of how patents are granted and anythng can be called a copycat....you would not call this copycat...comeon...there was a NY yoga school that wanted to patent yoga...and jokersss in ths forum are crying foul for this....at worst this is a unique implementation and cannot be patented but no one can sue him...

Brompton cycles do not fold at the point and the way this clcle seems to be doing....so forget about any litigation...in fact I would say he can patent the same...

there is no copy innovation is in blood of indians, when this guy actually innovated in 1998 the folding cycle that time nobody had it no german no dahon, infact he can sue all bicycle companies and can rake millions.
For all those who do not appriciate this invention - I cross checked on the existing art in folded bycicles - u can do that as well on google patents....this one seems to be differrent - I mean the point at which it folds etc...so dont call this a copycat

I myself have a Dahon Vitesse and I can say with authority he has copied ditto albeit without finesse. Copycat.
nothing personal against this achievement.... but this kind of bycycle is already available in western world since long long ago.... what is so special in it?. Can anyone explian it please?

Innovation is all about pursuit when every one else has either given up or thinking of usecases when no one is thinking of the same....this one is the 1st case....improvising on any existing objects of utility around you is innovation
