And not to forget, rise in footpath driving by two wheelers...Forget that, in places like Chennai, Bangalore, reports tell that some enterprising two wheeler romeos drive in railway platform.
Once one greaT Andhra politician drove his car on to the platform right in front of the train bogie in which he was travelling on the pretext that he was having knee problem.
With lots of compact/sedan/muv/suv class vehicles and the same no. of motorable roads (and width of roads), where are these cars heading to? Drive on the road or stay in the garage/porch?

North/ south differs in many ways . Hard working , intelligent, refined working class & highly educated south Indians, in no way compared to their indisciplined, illiterate, unproductive lot of the nations north Indian burden community. These north- Paan chewing bayyas/ babus are good for nothing, expect creating population growth and political instability. All of these north bayyas/ babus , are negative thinkers nd unproductive lot, have not contributed anything to the nation building, in terms of their population size to their south counterpart. The smallest state in India Kerala – is a dominating fact in India , in Education, health care, per capita income, Foreign exchange remittance ie; 5 times higher than of UP, Bihar, Orissa, Delhi, Haryana, Himachal, Kashmir & Panjab put together. What else U need more ………. ???? Grow man ...... read news paper daily, & enrich ur common sense.

i can see north indians in MUMBAI and Bangalore dying for Jobs!!!!! Do u know what u r talking? North India was never contributing big in India Income. North India has most number of Uneducated people in India.
Japanese cars are the best engineered vehicles. Its just a media promoted tag that Germany produces best quality cars. Sure German cars of solid make but Japanese cars are better...and its only Mercedes, BMW and Audi that build solid cars but they are very very expensive too. Japanese companies sell the most vehicles in which ever market they enter. They are the market leaders in Asia, US, South America, second largest in Africa, Largest in Middle East(Asia). Thats almost 90% of the entire world!

japanese cars are rattlers whereas US and german cars are solid and built to last. Let us not forget it was the Americans and Germans who taught the whole world how to manufacture cars.

Doesnt matter who taught .What matters is who wins. Sure German cars are the best in terms of engineering but truly are they for everyone ? Car market is ranging from 1.5 lakhs to 5 crores price points with varying demands in each segment. Its important to cater to each segment as per demand . So its not that only American and European cars should manufacture cars.At that same time doesn't mean that we should just build 15 million Nanos and say they everyone should buy that.. Now before the Punto fans jums and say that Punto is the best and only car someone should but else he is a loser let me say..People should have choices at each price point what they want to buy and whatever is good will sell at that range . Thats when the market will have healthy competition .
