Not a bad idea first of all let we have modern track, electrfied track, modern communication, Modern Coach and computerised net based reservation first. Second connecting Srinagar, Leh, Dehradun, Tawang, Agartala, Imphal all this should be connected. But railway minister does not look like modern thinking minister she is stuck with Jyoti Basu and Budhadeb she does not have time to do all this. First change the attitude of our minister then everything fall in Line

exactly it seems that our railway minister is outdated minister only for Westbengal....yah u r right railway connectivity required border states capilals.
This shows China is with right leadership. You need good leaders for a country to progress - doesn't matter you believe in capitalism of communism. Russia was front runner under communism when they had good leader, China is doing well with its good leader, where as N. Korea is failing because of poor leadership. America is doing badly under capitalism because of poor leadership of person like George Bush. Lesser you say about Indian leadership, better it is!

People of China accepted strong leaders who imposed strictness. Indian people reject strictness and discipline, so Indians stay backward in every field except breeding human beings.

If India has a big nuclear war then its population might be reduced to manageable numbers and it might start developing fast.
Unfortunately Pakistan and China are not obliging India by holding the nuclear war, even though their readiness for nuclear war is as high as it is possible to be, while Indians are not even trying to become ready.
