The is root cause of major problems in developing and emerging economies that there has been unnecessary increase in the population of Major ciites.
No body thinks out-of-box and simply follow the herd. If big companies have offices in Delhi, Mumbai or Bangalore, smaller companies follow the bandwagon without giving a thought that smaller cities i.e Tier III cities are a better option for them. Office in Tier III cities : a) Less overhead cost to companies. b) More employee productivity as less consumption habbit of employee. c) Better concentration of employees towards the end objective of company. d) Less dishonesty amongst employees e) Clean and Green Environment for everyone.

The problem lies with the top echelon of most companies as they themselves don't want the smell(or whatever else ) of a Tier III city.

In India and for Indians education is the first means to get into government jobs such as clerks, Tahasildars, sub-registrars, Pnanchayth executive officers (Atattenders’ jobs in such offices) and such many petty government employees (including the petty officers supervising these employees and heading these petty offices – so called Officers), Village Secretaries (IN AP panchayath level revenue employees are called as village secretaries). These people are the root cause of un-measurable day to day bribing and corruption on daily basis. For Indians education is not for inculcating culture, knowledge and values. (But all said and done every person must have right to education and get education). Simply put, for corruption in India education is not the remedy. All the above said kind of Govt employees are educated, then why they are indulging in shameless corruption and bribery on daily basis? So first need is attitudes and values must be built. All parents shall educate their children on evils of corruption and bribery. Indian mentality for corruption at all levels and firstly with the above kind of employees with whom common man has to deal on daily basis. If corruption is routed from this section of people, in no time big level corruption can be rooted out in no time.
