Chandraprakash Karkera cheated many in Mangalore & Bangalore with his company manufacturing cranes. Now lives a lavish life. Such things happen regularly in India. Who's to be blamed?
As our Industry captains are also using the abusive powers of CAs to benefit themselves through one ways or others.
Leaf through the pages of Indian corporate history, one would not be amazed to find the active hands of Chartered Accountants/Finance People in it.
So long as CAs /CFAs will not bring transparency in their working system, our India Inc will keep on riddling with frauds. Satyam is certainly not one off case. There are many Satyam in race.
Corrupction is everwhere in USA, Europe, India only difference is west wear Suit and tie so I it is called business not Corrupction in west. And we wear dhoti and lungai so it is called corrupction in India. List of corrupction in west last year. Lehman Brother bank Fraud of 50 billion. Bernard Madoff $65 billion Fraud. UK MP's false claimed thousands of pounds to renovate a flat. etc.
