Knowing the fact : a) They spend lavishly on themselvesly and keep employee welfare interest on backseat. b) They want corrupt people on top hierarchy c) Most of their decision are based on whims and fancies. d) They follow the herd rather thinking out-of-the box ideas. e.g if some big company has opened its office in Delhi, they will follow the trend without weighing the other options which can be far better than opening office in Delhi/Mumbai etc d) If they have plant in some hinterland , they allow their dear ones of plant head to be based in their head office. e)They hire less to show profitability without understanding the very basic fact that More employees-More Publicity-More Growth.
Is one who thinks of investing more on Human Manpower. I bet, the companies with maximum number of manpowers will shine in economies and go global. Employ more human resource to see the best times of any company. Employees are mobile Hoarding which take the image of the company to a new high.

Worst companies are those which think of reducing their manpower under the grab of recession or economic slowdown.
Knowledge cms throu education but leadership an inborn quality. Quality cnt be created. every person cms with diffrnt set of qualities or u cn say designed for a specific purpose. A donkey is designed fr heavy duty whereas a horse is developed to race simililarly humans are meant to progress with experience & thts y some people have creative, leadership or intellectual qualities etc. Rest everything stands on destiny otherwise evry person with leadership qualities will become leader. only the fortunate one reaches the top irrespective of the quality.
