D. Goel Pkl. afternoon 4pm. Monday, Nov.1, 2010. Well it was a sorry spectacle a couple of decades back that Colleges and Universitiers were unloading thousands of Graduates who were not qualified to work for Opportunities than available in Indian Employment Market, then . The sorry Paradox of Employment seekers going about without being Hired and Jobs remaining unfilled because no qualified worker was available.I wonder,if in the intervening yrs .if the reorientation of Education has been adequately geared to meet the Macro planning compulsions of our Post modern Consumerist Econony of 21st Century. What is needed is the anticipatory Man-Power Planning based on accurate trend delineations of Job Opportunities, and the attended Skill called for, accordingly the Educational Systems and specific Training Programmes to meet these required Personnel be synchronised eariest. If this is done sincerely and skilfully the lots of our new entrants in the Work-Force shall be lot easier.D. I think Indian Govt. is fooling poor in this country. Bcuz presently in India more poor people are living under salary Rs. 3,000 per month with no other facilities. Why not invest this Rs. 70,000 Crs project in given some facilities to poor people in India. like free hospitals, pension, donation, Loans, Jobs etc
