If indeed the gag order issued by the management is indeed illegel, why doesn't the union file a case and get a stay on it ? Why this strike ? Why beat up those that went to work in Delhi etc. ? AI staff have become an exclusive society and law into themselve, forgetting the very reason for their existence, which is to provide an essential service to paying customers...
It is time, the government shut down this airlien and sent all these idiots home...

I do not understand why airline is not taking any action against the employees.Possibly the management has forgotten about indian airline strike during 1970 where the management had not compromised though strike had lasted for 21 days.At that time very few private airlines was operating still country could manage.Now you can manage with private airlines.shame
Now why is this strike ? The management talking about termination of services of the pilots. Can the management terminate the services of Mr. Praful patel who is a non performing minister as Civil Aviation Minister ?

Manglore airport is the pet baby of Praful Patel who nurtured it to inter national status;but its airworthiness in the inter national level is suspect. It is MMS who must take action to shunt him out.
