the project of the second airport is the corrupt imagination of the politician of goa. they have bought large tracts of land in and around MOPA to make quick buck.
as regards cargo facilities, goa , being a tiny state, does not need one. it is well connected by road from mumbai, pune and bangalore (10 TO 15 HOURS MAX)for shipment of any type of cargo. we pray to god to give wise counselling to currupt goan politician.
this second airport is thanks to the current currupt politicians who do not think of the public current dabolim airport is convenient for both people of south and north these politicians have bought properties in maharashtra and goa adjoining the new airport and where they can make crores of rupees out of it
