i fail to understand how such a responsible journalist of the Business Standard quoted the wrong the legal procedure. if D.commisoner rejects their reply then they have the chance to appeal before the Commissioner apppeal. if that too goes against them then can go to Custom Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, if that to rejects then High Court and in the last it is before the Supreme Court, not Directly from Commissioner to SC.
