The best small car in terms of price , durability and efficiency has to be the Tata Indica IE for cars priced under rs 4.5 Lakhs for the top end version and for the version priced upto rs 5 to 5.5 Lakhs it must be either the fabia or the Indica vista or I20 like what was described .........
Fiat has sadly not been making waves in its 3rd Innings in india with 1st 2 innings being failures but sales have been improving with punto , linea showing reasonable numbers though it has yet to start catching up with the competition.

Spark is too puny and would not feature in much of the prospective buyers although it is doing terrific business for general motors as it is the best seller ..........
Ford have identified a typical buyer of FIGO as Sandeep - who is in late 20s and in the fast track.....hence, Sandeep should also be sensible and clever enough, to not fall for these tall claims of Ford Motor Co.... Figo is no comparison to i20 which is the car to beat in this segment...and Figo is NO match for i20.....in ALL RESPECTS....except perhaps THE PRICE...angle..... A sensible man does not crib about a few thousand rupees when he is going to possess a Car for over two years. period.....and wants to be looked at as a sensible and cool buyer of Cars......In buying a FIGO he will be neither....!!!!! Hence, no matter How FORD positions this brand, it will NOT be a " Market Shaker ".....It will also SELL.... Besides, Who will want to inherit FORD's Service Guys...!!! which will come as an " neccessary accessory " along with their cars....!!!...These Guys. looks like have had a Direct access to Henry Ford itself.....since they always say..." WE KNOW CARS BEST ".... the same way a girl says " marry me and inherit my mother "........!!!.... NO Sensible Guy Does That - These Days..!!.
