Maruti makes 'dabbas'!! How can somebody call these 'boxes' cars?

Sit in a GM or a Honda and then sit in a Maruti...it feels like a tin box that will crack open any time. Horrible, horrible cars.

Maruti should be phased out !
by Yogi on Mar 28, 2010 01:30 AM  | Hide replies

Maruti / Honda current car technology should have been faced out by now....the only reason these companies continue to prosper is cheap oil is still available...

The reason these car's continue to sell is because electric car cost more intially and India by and large is a poor country which has to keep burning dirty oil...

Watch the DVD "Who killed the Electric car" - it shows how the car companies, govt and oil companies fooled people to show that electric cars are not good..

why only maruti and honda to be phased out. i think the other cars that r there in India r also not electric cars.
India is a poor country and cannot afford the electric cars. Cud u let us know in how many countries r using the electric car and what percentage is it of the total cars.

electric cars really do suck, not because they are less capable alone (that too, though), but because there is no underlying infrastructure to make switch a costly switch on a macroeconomic basis.

You are used to copy songs for films. You may buy some secondhand ford car and put BMW sticker on it.

Kudos to Maruti, but when the city administration is expanding the roads for easy trafiic, but the automobile industry is encroaching it to fill the roads with their products. Construction for destruction.
