Abolish reservations and give scholarships to the poor based on merit. Then only india will prosper. I am not against the poor getting good quality education. Let them work hard and get a rank and then give them scholarship which will releave them of the financial burden...,.Having only reservation will not help...

Most people go abroad because of lack of opportunities in this country.If babus educated in Hindi medium then their would be a local demand for creation of jobs, and babus would be force to help with the employment of such highly qualified people .They don't educate them in Hindi for this purpose the babus love babus giri and not work. It is because of Babus giri English medium and non development, what good are IIT's and IIM if most of their students go to foreign.What is the government doing pay a bribe get a position doing all sorts of nonsenses in the open. Babus were created by the British raj they had to pay bribe for their position like MAngal Pande and they did all sorts of nonsense.We became the poorest country in the world from richest thanks to the babus the henchmen of the British empire and till this date suffer as any businessmen can tell they don't allow you to work without paying a bribe. They are nonsense people, they don't wish to create new seats because they will have less people paying bribe for NRI quota, etc type seats. They love quota but do not provide enough seats so that all that are qualified to get education do. It is tougher to get into IIT, IIM then probably Howard, or Yale, other schools.
But we as nation don't want to be number one, like the great Hindus who were first at everything. They the babus insult Hindus to pass exam insult Hindus. Because they want to loaf, steal, get drunk,rape,murder,and do nonsenses like barbaric British.

Agriculture, Illiteracy and ill-conceived schemes like Bhudan movement is the reason Indian Villages are Poor.
He is a lawyer.His case details a lot of gibberish, coated in vague words.LAWYERS LIE.oUR LAW IS FOR DISHONEST.IT NEVER PREVENTS CRIME.law cannot be lucrative if law prevents crime.So he blacklisted all deemed universities owned by political class that cn not be wiped out.As for merit & standards n universities of teachers ,V.Cs, students it is low.foreign universities in India will not be excellent as they will be 2nd( common sense)!We have 3 layers foreign, foreign indian, indian- all will collaborate with foreign.We are not R&D based, innovative-govt will have abolished It long ago.People will go for foreign -govt will not abolish education travel!So Kapil is not practical- noises.

"One can't make a solid structure on shaky base" first of all reservations should be put to an end on basis of caste, creed etc. As the deserving one's feel neglected and non deserving one's can't handle beyond their capability. If govt. still feels reservation to be there,make it at school level only in govt and govt aided schools and provide everyone a level playing ground.

Every in individual is capable of doing some thing.Education refines it and improves efficiency.Its a memory test these days.90% change their jobs after 3to 5 yrs as they realize choosing a wrong one.Many realize it too late.Only common sense,hard work awareness,family(business)background,and determination to excel, are some of the factors besides a good opportunity for shining in the society and living reasonably well.Education provides a paper support if proven with other virtues.
