Those working under agencies do better jobs then their seniors who are MBA,MCA etc. But salary structure for agencies very less compared to MBAs & MCAs. Very rude. Seniors try to finish their jobs thru agencies staff rather then doing for themselves. They only sit idle and derive max. benefits. Also most MBAs & MCAs are inefficient. Hence there are lot of discrepency in banking sectors. In India we see those who are really competent don't get suitable jobs whereas those are incompetent get lucrative jobs
