These four words would be menifesting too little if you would be describing Ratan Tata as a Management Guru only. He is not only a Management Guru but more than that he is truely a Visionary, a Finest Entrepreneur, Most Trusted Industrialist, a True Social Reformer being egalitarian in his approach and lastly but not the least, an Outstandingly loyal and Most Trusted Industrialist in Indian Motherland.
During a short period of his Visionary Leadership, the Tata Empire has risen from Rs. 62,000 crores annual turnover to over Rs. 3,00,000 crores now.
He must include under his radar the new emeging areas in high technology regimes like energy from Fusion, Hydrogen -the future fuel, e-Flex (flexible multi pages electronic book), Bio Technology and Electronic hardwares at Nano Scale to maintain the Numero-uno position in India and emerging quickly on the world industrial map.
Promotion of Tourism to generate employment and income potential as high as equal or more than the total turn over of his all 93 companies, from a single sector alone would be menefesting the skills as the FATHER OF ALL MANAEMENT GURUS, India has produced so far.
Wait for 10 years to see how Tourism sector is shaped up in coming decade by him as well as the GOI to generate more than 50% of the entire GDP from Tourism Sector alone. From 5 million per annum tourists to 200 million tourists is the key to unlock the potential of this sector AND IT DOES NOT REQUIRE ROCKET SCIENCE.

but you know - they are on wrong side - but definitely, lot of things to learn from them. How the employees can be dedicated when they know they wont get anything - they need to die for it - and still their all plans remain confidential and always get success!! They must be MASTER in management...

When Indians shine abroad, we can bask in the reflected glory or undermine it as brain-drain. When foreign shining Indians are brought home; they may be forced to decay by the peers to the extent of brain-in-drain. Human mind has a dubious behaviour. Dr. RC. YashRoy

Police of Maharashtra are only to protect the posters of MNIK and to protect Rahul Gandhi. One brutal murder took place in Nehru Nagar, Kurla Mumbai of nine year old girl.. But no Police are ready to get the culprit behind the bars. THIS IS MUMBAI POLICE. Even HM can shamelessly raise movie ticket of MNIK and watch the film in duty hours. What else you require?
recently i was in UK n i was surprised to see that paxkistanis r such loving n hospitable pple. the way they treated me was amazing. indo-pak cultures r so similar. we the common pple can certainly make a difference
