Unlike in India, America prevents corruption by imposing Death Tax. Whoever inherits your wealth will have to give 55% of it to Govt. * personal property (such as a home, cars, furniture, paintings) * business assets (property, machinery and inventory) * investments (stocks, bonds and real estate)
(to./4jj5)
And Death Tax will prevent Nehru-Gandhi dynasty & hegemony in India.

I think this will be the last term for UPA if the trend continues...The game is well known as just before the elections they lower the prices and once the elections are done...They increase the prices...Its better they cut down the vehicles and convoys that go around for FM / PM and the President of India...Not less than 50-60 cars and dozens of commandos are dispensed at the disposal of these netas...on whose money, tax payers and common man's money...Is that required when they tour cities ?...They can silently come and go without the media or anyone's notice....The traffic comes to a stand still and one has to wait for 15-20 mins since these top fat cats pass by with their chivalry of dozens of cars with bomber jeeps and minesweeper jeeps moving in the front and back side of the convoy...Crores are spent on our netas security which can benefit the common man instead of increasing the prices left, right and center...
Sharad Pawar, Pranab Mukherjee & the rest of the gang must be praying for very either a delayed monsoon or scanty rains so that;
1)Sharad Pawar can raise the prices of all essential agricultural commodities including sugar once more. He will benefit directly as he himself owns quite a no.of sugar mills. Obviously he will give a cut to madam, pranabji, Manu praji etc. long live Congrss policy of 'Khud Khayo, bhaaiyo aur behano ko bhi khilayo'

@Chalta Hai : See their per capita income and furthermore why are you so surprised? Step into any Taj group of Hotels in India itself and order for Tea, I can bet you would be shocked even to ask for a cup of tea in your home :-)

In japan, a cup of coffee on an avg costs 280 yen... a simple breakfast on the other hand costs 500 yen... get ur facts right
Mr Finace Minister has a great history of backing the Ambanissince the early 80's. Now his decision to deregulate the petro prices and keep it along with international price is a a step forward in benefiting the ambanis. It will allow them to start their pumps again. Well done Mr FM, now we can proudly say that we are a socialist and secular country.

It is usual congress tactics. When in the election year, they will announce all kinds of sops. Immediatley after winning, they will announce all big yojnas and big projects, so that their politicians start earning their election money. Mid term, they start playing around prices, increase in taxes, taking away incentive schemes and all. Again one year before elections, they will start givings sops and saving incentives. The year of election, they will announce tax cuts and all. The people foolishly vote for them and the cycle starts. Neither the congress fellows change nor the comman people understand.
