Mr praful patel ought to look into this aspect, the maintenance of some AI ground buses is pathetic...we were made to wait on Mumbai tarmac for 15 mins..security being relegated to oblivion...without any bus to take us to Terminal..our flight was coming from mangalore...already late 3 hours on 14th June. The Buses were rickety & stairway was one only to offload fully loaded passengers of A319 airbus!!!
