When girls say and do stupid things it is accepted in a company but when a guy does it it is taken as an offense.

When you are making huge profits it means exploitation
by Rajendra Gupta on Jun 20, 2010 09:51 AM

Why a vada pao vendor on roadside makes lacs as some one hereunder states? He breaks laws of land.To that extent he is simply a criminal. He breaks traffic rules, he carries business illegally from a public place, he exposes his goods to pollen, dust and hundreds of bacteria and viruses. He has no cleaning facilities. He spreads filth and litter all over the place. He pays 'Hafta' to policemen. The list goes on.He also employs child labor. There is no concept of quality control.he also blocks compeition as other vendors are not allowed at same place by corrupt policemen taking hafta from him or simply as there is no place.
In India tax avoiders, law breakers, criminals and greedy profiteers and lanlords including those who use knowingly substandard materials and adulteration earn huge money. In short it is criminals who make money in any society.
Any business should return only a fair value and reasonable proft on investment ( say 10%).The benefit should pass on to customers. That is how society should run given pure competitionn, given ethical marketing and given social responsibility.
Don't be glad over bumper profits growth of Indian businesses ,these are not based on cost reductuion or higher productivity and economies of scale but on greed and profiteering with prices going up every quarter. Thanks to our paper and fraudulent expert, bonelss PM.India is now laissez faire State. It is name sake democracy.
Think beyond profit figures and see how it is coming.

Going to US or UK does not mean success
by S V on Jun 19, 2010 01:55 PM  | Hide replies

Actually people do not recognise their country's value i.e. India.

Ask some Indian guy in US about the work he is doing there. You will be surprised to know that many who have taken loans for study n all are actually cleaning the toilets in some gora(white) place.

Thats what u call success...

Hmmmmmmm

NO

Its mockery of your background & value.

Even the roadside VADA PAV sellers earn lakhs per year.

Its only the perception that many Indians have of white collar jobs...

Am i exploring too much...OK where are the FOBs - cleaning toilets - ha ha ha...

It makes difference selling paw bajji and earning something in a hi tech job.

opportunities for budding entrepreneurs
by Murali marketing on Jun 17, 2010 08:15 AM  | Hide replies

Sir, There are several opportunities for budding entrepreneurs....One has to really choose what is his/her goal and seriously work hard to reach the goal...It would take 2 years minimum to taste some success..Till such time
rain or shine one has to be really work hard..
During these 2 years he/she will surely come across many hurdles..he/she has to bear the same as blessings and keep focussing on the goal...If he/she is able to withstand then slowly doors of success will open...
I am also one such person who wanted to achieve something on my own.I started a company
with no money but with lots of insults and hurdles...With this investment I started doing business giving no attention to these hurdles.

When well grown corporate sectors alloted fubds for export promotion,I alloted just Rs20/ for export promotion( I used to hv only this amount daily ) This I used for sending mails and see mails daily...My wife was against my doing business and used to insult me a lot...I accepted all these as GOD's will and focused on my goal...till I got a break in
1998..Today I am doing global marketing business without visiting any countries.Belive me overseas customers come and see me here on regular basis...today my chemical, metals business to doing well and we are very happy with our income....

My advise to all budding entrepreneurs, please dont go after money...but only focus on your goall.slowly money will come after you....

Murali

None of these require an MBA. My MBA from 'Alamelu Institute of Management, Andalpetti' will be of no use.
