Gr8 article. But for any company to succeed, customer satisfaction is something thats absolutely necessary. Id like to have Mr abhisheck lodha's email id and express my views and grievances.
they just know how to cheat people and take undue advantage from the customers. i bought an appartment at their thane project. i applied for a loan with the bank which took 25 days for sanction because of holiday and year end pressure in the month of march. in the purchase contract they put the condition that i have to get the loan sanctioned within 15 days not working days which is not practical in indian banking system otherwise i have to pay interest on the whole amount for the delayed period. if i dont get the loan sanctoned then my initial money paid will be retained by them. they asked me to pay an interest of 50,000 or they will cancil the deal and will not return my 50,000 that i paid at the time of contract. i am trying see the concerned person in their office for last one month and i am unable to do say and they are not ready to pay my 50,000 either. what should i say on such irrational practices
The dreamers and risk takers will build the modern India. We need more like these kids. Sure they might fail with some projects but they will be back. Hope they succeed and succeed well. Whingeing wont get you naywhere.
Everything is good, no problems. Underplaying the problems.... didn't we see enough of these guys. You know how they all turn up at the end.
His dad will be thinking at the end of it all, damn, I was doing good building small apartments, these kids showed me big time dreams and now I don't have a home to live in and retirement funds are gone too. Damn you kids.
Rediff should stop liicking the asses of biz scions born with a silver spoon......had i been a scion of a biz family, i'am sure i would have achieved the same, so also scores of others...rediff should publish inspirational stories of self made men and women...not those like Abhisekh who got everything on a gold platter........

How were these "biz scions" born that way, that their progeny could be born with the silver spoons. I haven't been able to do that favor to my kid. you know they all started somewhere and hit it big.

Lodha Builders are good & are geniue people. The only error that they are doing is that they are not able to calculate the rite time frame. Abhishek Lodha is really trying hard. The ideas that he has are great. Today I am sure that there is no builder who is even near to his vision & the goals that he has....All the best to Lodha Group.....

Don't be jealous of other peoples privileged position. What are you building for the next generation. Are you building an empire for the next generation or just whingeing. It wont get you naywhere buddy. Be bold - there is bright future if you want one badly enough.

If's and But's are good to frame sentences but very difficult on ground reality. A person is sacrificing his personal life for the growth & development of nation must be highlighted in media, also no one works for as a NGO. What is worng in earning money for you self, family and co-associates?
It’s always inspiring to work with young go getters like Abhisheck Lodha.

If Abhishek Lodha really works hard to keep up the name of its organization then they need to listen to customer/victims of lodha group who have bought flats in Thane Balkum CASA Royale project, there is no tranperency and people are being cheated, with no proper approvals, delayed possession no transperency on MVAT calculation. if you really want to know where lodha goup stands today, just google for lodha group consumercourt, you would find hundreds victims
