Govt. Intervention
by manoj nair on Jun 12, 2010 12:45 PM  | Hide replies

The Govt. of indian must intervene to the private sector. Most of the private sector companies are running their offices and factories with less manpower and low wages. a secretary's monthly salary in india is average $250 whereas in USA it is amost $5000. the companies in india is ammassing wealth, whereas the employees are paid less.

The Govt. can set up a system to decide the level of salary and manpower required in each of the pvt cos according to their turn over.

How does that help? There are so many people getting drowned in the pacific ocean every day. Instead of making simplistic personal rude comment, can we not put forward workable suggestions? Think and inspire. We all know the problem. Let us act together.

That is right. Indian companies now give out 1200-2000 crores profits each year and their employees are paid just Rupees 5000 to 10000 a month salary which is not even enough for daily bread.
In India, More than 50% of the people live below poverty levels, earning just 5000/10000 a month.
Poverty is the mother of all evils, and has created terrorism, naxals, lootings, slavery, thefts etc etc.
For them, nothing is affordable and even banks will not lend them.
where can they go for a better life.

The role of the Government
by Superman on Jun 11, 2010 06:05 PM  | Hide replies

here the role of the Government is very important. In every poor country, there is a group of people who are super-rich. The reason behind this is they get all the access of resources. And in India, where every rule can be manipulated, the super-riches can easily become super super-rich.

But the nature is an ultimate leveler. If the economy is not sustainable, civil unrest starts like Naxalism. Then the have-nots run after people like it has happened against Tata or Posco. Like in China, even the almighty Govt. cannot handle the grieved population.

This is good news indeed!

There has been no better in history to get rich! All the hard working, smart people will be celebrating and rejoicing.

And all the lethargic, dumb people will be lamenting that the poor are getting poorer. LOL. The times have never been better to make money, yet these imbeciles keep lamenting.
