As long as oil money flows in, all is ok. The moment Oil dries up the entire Arab world will face the real chin music. With nations like the US, Sweden, Holland, England, Brazil and even India working on alternatives to oil, the world can expect an alternative and eventual eclipse of oil as a primary source of fuel.
Even after getting the worst lesson in their life these people are doing such rubbish things. You will see the worst discrimination in this part of the world. Eg: Position of Admin Assistant (Clerk) if UAE national will get 15-25000 AED but any Asian nationality with 10times more brains and calibre will get paid maximum 3000 AED. No one can dispute this fact, and this is just one obvious eg of how rotten these people are.

Yes, i am aware of the same and have heard a lot of tales from my friends on this aspect. With India itself offering more opportunities in coming years, the flow of Indians to that region will slowdown. All that talk of people able to make lotsa money in the Gulf is all humbug, it was the El Dolarado in the 1970s, not anymore. Today it is costly and what all money u earn gets eaten away in home rentals, groceries and then transportation. Many of my pals came back from Dubai due to this, they are earning more in cos in India today.
