Ghoras have been putting lot of gaming in hiring and indian resources to move them within and outside India.
This way they can control a sizable chunk of top workers by even paying some indian recruiters, peddle their technology and standards, push their salary standards for certain skills.
Another means of knowing the Asian resource market legal soliciting and stealing/spying and by hiring desis like how Angrez hired those, Sikh, maratha, tamil, Moghul, etc regiments who were loyal only to their masters and not to each other or fellow desis.
Indian agencies are very much un-aware, they cannot even control the basic un-hygiene on streets and homes. How can they control anything else.
