For that, you need brains. how many indians have got nobel prize? Our guys just need to copy and learn by heart and will follow blindly ...saying it's the industry standard. how many IT guys would have got certifications like CCNA, Microsoft Certified, PMP etc...but do they know how to apply that to practical situations?!!

companies like Reliance, L&T, ABB have huge assets hence huge revenue turnout, they cannot be compared with IT companies which offer consulting

These IT companies are so tiny compared to Infrastructure companies. Just look at the revenue "Rs 14,992 crore" a pittance compared to 100239 crore of L&T. Grow Up Babies.
