Cisco has joined india recently, its good initiative from both companies to ties-up with Lavasa for their employees Quarters accommodation. Most of the Call centre,BPO employees are getting peanuts from employer which is not enough for their two times Bread, they are roaming on the streets of Bangalore with hunger. Most of the employers say they are equal employeer, just kiding. some dangerous companies hold 90% of the shares with them...Good luck Call Centre,BPO employees.
