I am real happy to know atleast that entire India knows the grim reality of Delhiites and Delhi. Shame of Delhi Gvovernment and Politicians who could not offer leadership except selling themselves off piece by piece. Where is Delhi's traffic management, Traffic Laws to conrol situation. The Cops are as Donkeys as People and the VIP politician says let the monkeys hang on together, just make sure they dont dirty our VIP areas.. and its true, there is no problem in VIP Areas of Delhi.
Imagine all the city that pays Road tax gets the crappiest roads, and the Politicians who steal, get the best villas and roads in India. Perfect.
Delhi is not any example to anyone in the world, but it is an example of Civilization Gone Wrong and death of Human Goodness and Godliness. The entry or Satan destroying the entire sensibilities of a race. Too bad Delhi. You will reach your logical end. Good bye! (And anyone dont give me Delhi's infrastructure and Airports - just remember the time you are stuck in traffic most of times cursng everyday the stupid idiot t reaks into your lane and pushes you off road regularly.. Delhi is no example.
You guys are retarded. Those who are calling each other out on their cities seem to miss one crucial point - our country is the same. I am as proud of my city, your city and every city in India because its my country.
It doesnt seem to be true. Having stayed in delhi and experienced the traffic there, I can say that traffic is bad and as bad as hell in peak hours only in Old Delhi and surrounding areas. In other parts there are no jams. In rains again there may be jams anywhere. But overall it is much better than Mumbai and B'lore.
I have lived my life in Bombay for 25 years and now living in London since past 3 years and I am shocked tht Bombay is not there and London is there...2 weeks back I was in Bombay and it was nightmare traffic....AS USUAL

Delhi is a doomed city. They will choke in their own vehicles pollution. They have no road sense and each one with a vehicle thinks its their birth right to horn.

True. When I see a vehicle with Delhi number, I humbly allow him to pass. Seems like they are practicing for F-1 racing on the roads.

Dear all, this is a lie. i belong to delhi and have been in jakarta for the last 3 days. Guys believe me Delhi is 10 times better than jakarta. Its hell man, and there are no office times. There is jam from 7AM to 9 PM. Minimum time to cross 25 Kms in 2 Hrs. Will rediff consider this live update
We can keep chanting worst city, worst city every day. what will happen ? Only way things would change if educated people wake up. we form group, association, friend circle. We oversee what kind of steps are being taken to smothen the traffic. we participate in it. make more people aware learn good traffic behaviour. help the system to get modernise. Thats only way. Otherwise we will live in dirt and chaose for 1000 years. thers is no short cut.

Delhi'ites have a Northern Bloodline. An attitude to break any rule if they can get away with it. The only way I have been able to handle people here is by an iron fist. They do not acknowledge education, inspiration.. its all bull shit. Create laws that are strigent, and painfully penal. The word is 'Painfully'.
New Delhi is now 10 years ahead to other Indian Metro cities in Infrastructure. Highlights: Delhi Metro, Low floor AC buses, New Airport Terminal, New stadiums for commonwealth games, Flyovers on 90% of major junctions,Green belt city.
