Corruption
by Rationalist on Jan 21, 2010 12:50 PM

Corruption in India starts with elections. Candidates pump in a lot of money for bribing voters and also get tickets from the favourite parties. After they get elected they collect bribes from the candidates who aspire for the jobs. One cannot expect those who payed to get a job to be honest. All this happens while the educated, middle class & well off voters turn their backs to polling booths. When only solution left to this situation is compulsory voting, the 125 year old party opposes it for reasons that are obvious. It wo'nt help their kind of politics. They do'nt want honesty to creep into the system.
That is the problem with fuedal parties. Corruption is promoted by its head and it is circulated till the bottom of the system. Anyone who tries to be honest is eliminated. They say ''corruption, illiteracy & population are not the problems of India. They are the properties of India".

Political process

Govt employment bothe at the centre and states has turned out to be a political business with
politicians favoring those whom thery are close and those who are willing to grease palms.
Rarely the deserving candidates get the job. As usual our country has too much of politics in everything that concerns average livelihood.

Please help telangana students
by Mr Lee on Jan 20, 2010 10:59 PM  | Hide replies

I request SSC to consider creating a quota for telangana students. As telangana students are not interested in studying and more into goondaism, they might struggle to get jobs elsewhere. Last heard, Osmania university exams have been cancelled. Their future is in great danger. Central Govt needs to do something for the weak and foolish students. After all they are our own people.

telangana students always cried that andhra people are ocupying the important posts, and now brought to the forefront the reason too. andhra people believe in making it to the top, sometimes through devious eans too, whereas telangana people are sooo foolish that any small time politician can ruin their lives, and in this case their studies.

time for some introspection.

i m from haryana.....but delhi students are so good in english speaking that they take away most of the jobs....i also would like to request like mr Lee, to give some reservations for haryana students :) ..... Mr Lee, I would be very happy if govt helps telegana students. But quota is not an answer. I guess we want than to stand on their own feet and not cripple them.
