Honesty & good manners have no meaning in present scenero. If you are not result orented you will be no where in company.
We generally feel that good education changes thinking but not necessary in most of case.
We have end number of Dowry, torture, exploitation done by such class.
forget about individuals, I am sure all IT company including Infosys as a company also be in a way must be exploiting its massive working class so that few at top gets the maximum benefit.
Are we going to suspend or sack them for such exploitation.
No way...If taken personal confidential interview of IT employee I am sure 8 out of 10 will agree with abv.

Infosys is not a non profit making company...any profit making company listed on stock markets is answerable to stakeholders and is like a hierarchial kingdom where the king rules and others in turn give just services...if you want to rule you can open another kingdom...
oh!!!! I can't believe it !!!! only 3 out of 190000 staffs have involved in any kind of crimes and police cases???? Mr.Mohandas Pai, you are the part of India (forget about universe ...the average still will go up)....don't fool people ......i think infosys needs not do that!!!!

How many politicians out of so many since independance got caught taking bribe. Very few right? Same logic applies everywhere, be it corporate world or government. If you are caught you are punished. Until then, it is business as usual. However, that doesnt make Infosys a bad company. Few bad worms do create bad name in the society. If you show your corrective action, that is what it means.

It is really a most welcome move. The promptness should be emulated by our judicial systems too. That shameless Afzal Guru and Ajmal Kasab are enjoying their stay in India. Congress ki Jai Ho. Anyway, this further boosts the crediblity of Infosys. Kudos Mr. Pai and all at Infosys.
