govt offices do many time wasting due to ckt matches, porn viewing, etc. block all ckt related sites also. also the porn sites. its never ending process.
Mantralaya is close to BSE, because of tips or some nexus, these employees must be earning more money from DAY trading than their salaries and hafta put together.
Ministers might not be getting their quota of hafta because by now all the employees would have got laxed about hafta and purely focusing on Trading...
