Having worked both in India & US, one thing I can tell you is that, Indian management is world-class. Infact, they are even better than the western corporates. I am pretty sure, that in the next few decades, lots of MNCs will emerge from India. Keep in mind that, China companies are mostly state-run. So they are nowhere near Indian Management. I wish our inefficient govt improves the infrastructure, which is the least they can do as a mark of patriotism. Its the century for India, next 10-15 yrs will see marked improvement in living-standards in India. Its good to be young at this time.
