i feel its an good suggestion given by the author of the script i do agree with the comments given by her so carefull consideration should be given for this.
Read this book "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and i tried to modify my spending habits. Ive always wanted to spend money the only reason I earn is to spend. If I have free time I go the nearest shopping mall and spend. If I need to relax I do the same thing. But now I spend differently, Instead accumulating Assets than Liabilities.
Under what circumstances a person grows up and his/her own attitude has lot to do with the spending habits. Money seemed always tight in my childhood and even though I like to spend on luxuries now, savings seem naturally important.
I have friends who were bought up under more difficult conditions and as soon as they started getting money, everything was spent off. Friends who had been in the lap of luxury throughout also seemed to have varied spending habits.
Overall I feel this article is very good. It asks for caution when life is taking a sharp turn in terms of getting a job and financial independence.

Depending on your age and the amount you would like to invest, I suggest you go in for Term Insurance of a big amount as the premium is low (only your life is covered with no returns), then you go in for money back policy of LIC of India (wherein life is covered and you get money at periodic intervals). Please get in touch with a good LIC Agent who will explain to you all the products of LIC of India. Further, you can explore the option of investing in PPF (Public Provident Fund) which is for a period of 15 years and NSC (National Savings Certificate) which is for a period of 6 years. Hope you would find my suggestion useful.
