And only give PhD degrees there, no graduation and post graduation. This will make the talent to work for research, innovation and teaching! Other wise they again go to some outsourcing company for stupid work.

And yes one more thing, give reservation for admission not for completion ;) Student will only complete if they are really talented and have desire in them.

All these foreign univs are out to make good money- they were doing it previously by attracting foreign students, and now by market expansion to foreign countries.
We cannot develop anything on our won, nor can we re-engineer things as Japs do (IIM A & C were setup with foreign collaboration).

Few US trips for the ministers and bureaucrats-p that's all this initiative will bring to India.

Reservations absolutely must- how else can you deny the real current talent, who perhaps have no idea of the social injustice that is the premise of Reservations.
