sir,
In my opinion,as a salary person,the defference of Govt emplyees and private sector employees equal.If govt approves a DA for Gpvt emplyees the commodity prices will rise accordingly.this will not affect a govt employee but the suffer is private sector employee.A debate should start in this matter
