1. Poor Law and Order. One set of laws for Goondas, Police, Politicians - other set for the common man.
2. Poor Quality of Life - Water, Electricity, Raods, Traffic, Healthcare, environment.
3. Lazy, Corrupt Legal System - Court Cases run into decades.
4. Red Tape, Corruption - Visit any Police Station, RTO Office try to get something done - you will know what this is.
5. When people move from on state to another - they are treated like aliens and attacked. Karnataka, Maharashtra, Assam are some examples.
6. Things like Reservations and Quotas - put off the hardworking man. Everyone can see thru this clever divide and rule ploy, but society is utterly divided by political goons.
This is why indians want to run away. This is why indians EXCEL abroad, and FAIL in India.(Example Laxmi Mittal)

true. Quality of life in India must improve. Currently it is the law of the jungle. One way to improve quality of life is by providing decent infrastructure.
If 1991 budget of economic liberisation initiated by late PM P.V.Narsimha rao and then then FM and present PM Dr Manmohan Singh has given a resilience economy for India with in 19 years then this 2010 budget will push India to a total development with more no of people's benifit with a thrust on Rural economy .more than 60 % alocation of fund towards Rural economy and infra will definately fuel tremendous economic activities and which will lead to development of more no of villages instead of cities .I always want 50000 developed villages rather cities to push economy to further height of 10 to 12 % annual growth .I am sure Dr Manmohan and Pranavda will be remembered forever for this success .The opposition to this land mark budget will be remembered as narrow thinkers of India and their representative politicall bosses are no longer required to remain in India and days are numbered for them .We dont need any more lalu,Bhulu ,Mulayam ,Yutury but we need more like Rahul Gandhi,Nitish Kumar,Narendra Modi ,Raman Sigh ,Budhadev Bhattacherjee like of people
Chidambarm should use all the money to train and buy technology to control crime. this is 2 best use of money. anything else is wastes. india cant grow unless our business poeple, NRIs, foreigh investor feel safe. Women feel safe to go out work. people's head is not full of fear, stress. that take away our stamina to grow. chidambaram has very important job right now and we should all support him.

We should open high tech library in all town. where people can see dvd, high class movie that inspire us to work together. people can share ideas, different way to make our life simpler, easier. to remove chaose from street. Thats essential. unless we change people's head, no budgget or anything else is gonna help. we should also promote youtube in india. it has lots of good video on different topic that can help us open our mind, let some air come in. we cant chock with head fill of garbage that we accumulate from TV, paper etc.

Simply a waste budge when we will try to look in terms of total Annual income of a Indian & just corelate it with the daily necessary expenses toward Food & clothing to just simply leave a normal life. The 2% surcharge is going to even trouble more than what he is facing now..

Let there be a REVIEW of previous Budget before presenting the current one. This should be done by the Opposition in the Parliament! This is only good way to know - everything budgetted is done proper first.
