All these figures are manipulated , no public sector govt. undertaking can ever be in profit.

All private company figures too are manipulated. All CA's know that Satyam is just tip of iceberg. All profits are based on slave labour and low wages and zero benefits. Profits are moved to swiss accounts. To hell with capitalism and jai ho Socialism

Move to Venezuela and say that. Private companies do fudge numbers but not on the scale of govt sector because public sector needs to earn money to survive, they dont get it from taxpayers.
